To provide next-generation tools and services for Organization Design and Workforce Transformation that combine the power of human judgment and Artificial Intelligence.

Our Story

Built because the tools didn't exist.

Reconfig was founded in 2018 when the founders were delivering complex Organization Design projects and couldn't find anything in the market that combined data collection, structural analysis, and design simulation in one place. So they built it.

The first platform - Reconfig 1.0 - launched in 2019 with funding from the Norwegian government. Reconfig 2.0 followed in 2022, based on feedback from clients and partners across the world.

Today, Reconfig supports leaders and consultants across regions - from NHS Trusts in the UK to Abudawood in Saudi Arabia, from global pharmaceutical companies to government agencies - to redesign organizations for the AI era.

The methodology is academically grounded. The results are measurable. And we stay through execution - not just design.
